Lawyers is more boutique.  We now specialise in Estate Law work:  looking after our clients as they plan their succession, dealing with their grief and legalities of losing a loved one and ensuring Wills for all situations are drafted with a view to avoiding challenges.   If a challenge occurs Barbara Campbell has years of experience in preparing for such litigation and guiding you through that process. 

As a long time specialist in Family Law Barbara has stepped back from litigation in that arena – grateful and humbled by the kind words of farewell from Canberra’s most senior Family Law Judge after my last trial.    By keeping up to date in the new changes [pets included😊and more codification of the law] I am available to use my experience and Arbitration and Mediation skills to assist clients settle their matters without resorting to Court.   I also continue to prepare Binding Financial Agreement’s [BFAs] for clients.
