Sevil is our resident conveyancing lawyer and looks after all our clients’ property purchase and sales needs. She also works in Wills and Estate Administration.
Areas of expertise
Sevil completed a Bachelor of Social Science in Justice Studies in 2013 before returning to the University of Canberra and graduating with a Bachelor of Laws in 2018. She has worked in the legal field since April 2016, firstly as a legal assistant and then as a paralegal and now in her capacity as a member of the legal profession.
When asked why she entered the profession, Sevil says she was sparked by a keen desire to help people. This is why Sevil enjoys her work in the area of Estate Administration as she has an opportunity to help people in what is almost always a very difficult time in their lives.
She is passionate about helping her Wills and Enduring Power of Attorney (EPOA) clients in a similar way to ensure our clients protect their assets and that those they love are taken care of.
In addition to this work she also focusses on conveyancing. Sevil refers to conveyancing as the ‘happy’ area of law. She loves working with her clients to achieve a common goal and a happy outcome for her clients – either the purchase of a new home or the sale of one.
